Jennifer C. Oldenburg, Ph.D. 

Dr. Jennifer Oldenburg is a licensed psychologist who received her doctorate in clinical psychology with a subspecialty in child and family psychology from Kent State University in 1997. She has been in practice as a psychologist at this location since 2000 and assumed ownership of the practice in 2014. She is on the National Register of Health Services Providers in Psychology and a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association. Dr. Oldenburg works with children as well as adults and couples. As a wife and mother, she enjoys the opportunity to counsel children and their parents, addressing issues such as school and attention difficulties, behavior problems, disordered eating, anxiety and depression in children and teens. She also works with couples to address marital issues including communication, managing conflict, trust, healing from betrayal or loss, and sexuality. She provides diagnostic assessment and individual therapy for adults, primarily employing a cognitive-behavioral perspective. Problems addressed include anxiety or panic, obsessions or compulsions, eating disorders, depression, loss, and managing physical illness. 

Colleen Patrick Evans, Ed.D. 

Dr. Colleen Patrick Evans has been using a cognitive-behavioral modality for the past 15 years to help children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral disturbances. Dr. Evans also has dedicated a significant portion of her career to assessing and treating those impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has provided consultation, conducted professional and para-professional in-services, and completed Functional Behavioral Assessments in various school districts and specialized school settings. Dr. Evans has post-graduate training and supervision in Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. She is a licensed professional and nationally certified counselor who appreciates the opportunity to work as a member of the team to help children and adolescents. 

Courtney Minerd, Ph.D.

Dr. Courtney Minerd is a licensed psychologist who received her doctorate from Ball State University. She grew up in the area, attended college locally at Saint Vincent in Latrobe, and is delighted to call Western Pennsylvania home. Dr. Minerd works with children, families and adults. She has completed years of training in hospital settings and regularly works with families who are adapting to a chronic illness or other medical concern. She employs a mix of cognitive-behavioral and family-systems perspectives when working with adults and couples. Play therapy techniques are integrated in her work with children. In addition to therapy, Dr. Minerd also offers a range of assessment and psychological testing services. 

Helen M. Connors, M.A. 

Helen Connors is a licensed psychologist who attended the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University receiving her degrees in psychology. She provides services to both male and female adolescents and adults and specializes in individual, family and marital psychotherapy and counseling. Her specialties include counseling to help overcome depression and anxiety and to teach cognitive techniques for stress management and relaxation and assertiveness training. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association
