Billing & General Office Questions
Please call 724-832-9096 ext. 2 or text 724-420-4547. When not on another line or out of the office, our phone line will be answered live by our office manger, Lisa, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 2pm. Please feel free to leave a message at any time in our fully secure voicemail system. Texting provides a quick a convenient means to communicate with our office, though we do not recommend sharing your credit card or private personal information via text, to assure your security. As a patient, we encourage you to register in our portal, a secure HIIPA-compliant way to send and receive information.
